As a family-owned group of companies our culture is shaped through decades of operations

Born from 1946 to mid 1960’s – Baby boomers have shown exceptional adaptability, from mechanical, to analog electronic, to digital technology.

(Through the 1960’s Teleplan was involved in some of the world’s largest telecom expansion projects).

to ‘Millenials’

Born 1981-96 – Millennials prefer handheld communication devices and feel lost without smartphones and messaging apps.

(From the early 1990’s till today Teleplan has assisted mobile operators on five continents with network planning, roll out and expansions)

to ‘Generation Z’

Born from late 1990’s to 2010 – Generation Z are the first really digital natives, and known for high education levels.

(From the turn of the century Teleplan has provided advanced software solutions for defence and homeland security customers in more than 10 allied nations).

and on to ‘Alphas’…

People born after 2010 are some times referred to as ‘Generation Alpha’.
They are still very young, but probably on track to become the most transformative age group ever.

(We hope some of them will choose to join us to share efforts and fulfill professional dreams)
